PinkNinjasStudio provides an AI-powered image generation service. Users purchase points through subscriptions or one-time packages, which are consumed when generating images.

The Service operates on a points-based system where:

• Points are required to generate images
• Points can be purchased via subscription or point packs
• Point costs vary based on image complexity and settings
• Points are non-refundable once purchased

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Basic, Pro, Ultra) with monthly or yearly billing options. Each subscription includes:

• A monthly or yearly allocation of points
• Access to purchase additional point packs
• Automatic renewal at the end of each billing period

3.2 Automatic Renewal

Important: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price.

3.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your subscription benefits until that date.

⚠️ No partial refunds will be issued for unused time or unused points when you cancel a subscription.

3.4 Point Allocation

Subscription points are allocated at the start of each billing period:

• Monthly subscriptions: Points added on the monthly renewal date
• Yearly subscriptions: Full year's points added at renewal
• Points roll over to the next billing period – they do not expire
• Accumulated points remain available until used

3.5 Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

When changing your subscription plan:

• Payment is charged immediately at the time of switch
• New plan points are credited to your account immediately
• Your existing points balance is preserved and added to the new allocation
• Proration may apply based on your current billing cycle

Active subscribers may purchase additional point packs on top of their subscription. Point packs:

• Are one-time purchases
• Are added immediately to your balance
• Do not expire until used
• Are non-refundable
• Cannot be purchased without an active subscription

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Generate content that violates third-party rights
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content
• Generate content depicting minors
• Abuse, harass, or harm others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the AI models
• Automate access to the Service (bots, scrapers)

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

8.1 Your Content – Full Commercial Rights

You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all images you generate using the Service. You may use, sell, license, modify, and distribute your generated images for any legal purpose, including commercial projects, merchandise, marketing, and resale. No attribution or royalties are required.

8.2 Our Service

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user-generated images) is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.3 License to Use Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms.

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• That generated images will meet your expectations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

10.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion:

• Your account and all data will be permanently deleted
• All unused points will be forfeited
• Active subscriptions will be canceled (no refunds)
• Generated images may be deleted after 30 days

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service or other users
• Fail to pay subscription fees

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF GENERATED IMAGES OR THEIR USE

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your generated content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

• First, good faith negotiation between the parties
• If unresolved, binding arbitration (if applicable in your jurisdiction)
• Otherwise, courts of [Your Jurisdiction]

You agree to waive any right to class action lawsuits.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:
