Getting Started
How do I create my first image?
Head to the Studio, enter a prompt describing what you want to create, select your preferred model and settings, then click Generate. Your image will appear in the canvas area within seconds.
What are points and how do they work?
Points are the currency used to generate images. Different models cost different amounts of points. You get 200 free points when you sign up, and can purchase more or subscribe for monthly allowances.
Do my points expire?
No! Your points roll over month to month and never expire. Use them whenever you're ready.
Image Generation
What models are available?
We currently offer: Nano Banana (Gemini 2.5 - great for batch processing and style consistency), Nano Banana Pro (Gemini 3.0 - advanced reasoning with up to 14 reference images), Imagen 4.0 Fast (quick generations at 50 points), Imagen 4.0 Standard (balanced quality at 100 points), and Imagen 4.0 Ultra (highest detail at 150 points). Plus a Background Removal tool. More models coming soon!
What image sizes can I generate?
You can generate images in various aspect ratios including 1:1 (square), 16:9 (widescreen), 9:16 (portrait/mobile), 4:3, 3:4, and more. Select your preferred ratio before generating.
Why was my image blocked or flagged?
Our AI has built-in safety filters aligned with Google's policies. If your prompt or resulting image triggers these filters, generation will be blocked. Try rephrasing your prompt to avoid potentially sensitive content.
Can I generate multiple images at once?
Yes! You can generate up to 4 images per prompt using batch generation. Each image in the batch costs points individually.
Billing & Subscriptions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of AI generation (compute costs are incurred immediately), we do not offer refunds on points or subscriptions. Please start with our free trial to ensure the service meets your needs.
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your existing points are always preserved.
Favorites & Organization
How do I save images to favorites?
Click the heart icon on any generated image to add it to your favorites. You can also drag images directly into folders in the Favorites page.
Can I create folders to organize my images?
Absolutely! In the Favorites page, click 'New Folder' to create custom folders. Drag and drop images between folders to organize your collection. You can also use Sessions in the Studio - each session acts like a workspace folder, keeping your generation history organized by project.
Are my favorites synced across devices?
Yes! Your favorites and folder structure are stored in the cloud, so you can access them from any device when logged in.
Downloads & Usage Rights
How do I download my images?
Click on any generated image to open it in full view, then click the download button. Images are downloaded in high-quality PNG format.
Can I use generated images commercially?
Yes! You have full commercial rights to all images you generate. Sell them, use them in client work, print them on merchandise - they're 100% yours.
What resolution are the generated images?
Images are generated at high resolution suitable for most digital and print uses. Exact dimensions vary by aspect ratio selected.
Account & Settings
How do I change my email or password?
Account settings are managed through Clerk, our authentication provider. Click your profile icon and select 'Manage Account' to update your credentials.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account directly through Clerk by clicking your profile icon and selecting 'Manage Account', then navigating to the security/account section. Alternatively, contact our support team. Note that this will permanently delete all your data including favorites and generation history.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption, secure authentication via Clerk, and store your data on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (Backblaze B2 and Neon Database).
